Joseph A. DeWoskin joined Waits, Brownlee, Berger & DeWoskin in 2000. His practice areas include: military law, insurance litigation, personal injury, domestic relations, traffic violations/DUIs, probate, wills and estate planning, workers' compensation and Social Security disability.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. DeWoskin spent almost nine years serving on active duty with the Army JAG Corps. He currently serves as a Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Army Reserves. His in-depth experience with military law helps him effectively serve those who currently serve or previously served in the armed forces.
