With over 17 years of legal experience, including almost 9 years of service on active duty in the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General's (JAG) Corps, attorney Joseph A. DeWoskin is well suited to handle any of his clients' needs. He currently serves as a Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Army Reserve Judge Advocate General's (JAG) Corps, and has been retained on multiple occasions to testify and assist as an expert on legal matters relating to military topics as they relate to issues surrounding divorce. Mr. DeWoskin has also taught continuing legal education classes on military issues impacting family law matters including divorce, child support and child custody, and SCRA and USERRA.
He is also highly active in the community, volunteering in the Kansas City community, coaching children's sports teams, and is highly involved in the American Bar Association working to better the legal experience for all involved.
