A History Of Legal And Military Service
Before founding the law firm of Joseph A. DeWoskin, PC, attorney Joseph A. DeWoskin served nearly 9 years of active duty with the U.S. Army JAG Corps. He currently serves as a Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Army Reserves, and his in-depth experience with military law benefits our clients who currently serve or previously served in the armed forces.
We are licensed to practice in Missouri and Kansas, as well as in the Army Court of Criminal Appeals, the Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces and the U.S. Supreme Court. We serve clients in Johnson, Leavenworth, and Wyandotte counties in Kansas — and in Jackson, Cass, Clay and Platte counties in Missouri. By sharing an office space with other attorneys with whom we frequently collaborate, we are able to deliver the personal service of a small practitioner's office combined with the resources of a large firm.
